May I see your full pricing?
We understand weddings are super expensive and we want to work with your budget. Our rates and collections vary by location and we offer ways to customize your package that suits you best. So it’s a bit difficult to put all that information up without confusing anyone. Plus its just way better to talk to you over the phone, email etc.. and have your questions cleared up as best as possible before I can give you a package option.
Why should we hire you?
That’s definitely an important question and we want you to feel confident in who you choose. We are reliable, passionate, and story tellers. We get excited with every shoot we photograph and how we can surprise and wow our clients every time. We understand the uncertainty in reaching out to a company or person you have never been introduced to so all you have to do is drop us a super short message in our contact’s page and we’ll steer the boat from there.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! 100% We are fully insured and will provide a certificate of insurance to your venue if needed.
How secure is your website?
As safe as it possibly can be. We store any information you give us securely using high-level SSL encryption technology – the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
Do you offer video services?
Yes! We offer videography services for weddings, and corporate events! If you have a custom project you’d like us to work on we’d be excited to talk about that with you. So don’t be shy and drop us a line in the contacts page!
Do you edit all of our photos?
Yes, we digitally edit every single picture you receive one by one. It’s absolutely time consuming but the results are totally worth it! There are some photos that we even put more time into editing and adding additional color correction. We also include some black and white images into the mix. Feel free to also let us know if you’d like to opt out of the black and white images before the wedding.
Where do you live and how far can you travel?
I live in central NJ. We travel within the tri-state area, if you happen to be outside of NJ there will be an additional travel fee – if airfare, hotel, and rental car are needed, all you are responsible for is the reimbursement for those charges.
Do you have a second photographer?
Short answer is yes, but this depends on the package you choose, the starting package does not come with a second photographer. But if you have over 80 guests I highly recommend choosing the package with a second photog as it will maximize the amount of coverage for your wedding! I want to take photos in a majestic location!
So, you want super awesome pictures in a super cool location you say? Well we are totally down for that! If you have a desired location in mind let us know. The only thing you are responsible for is obtaining a permit or permission to photograph in that location. Otherwise we will most likely be asked to leave and that would be a bummer! However, if you aren’t sure of any locations but want to still take photos in a super awesome location I have a couple of places on my list you can choose from and we can meet up there. This is only available for portraits and engagement shoots.
When will we receive our photos and album?
Your photos will be posted on the online gallery within five weeks of the wedding date. You may also download them directly from the online gallery. Upon final approval of album designs, most albums are ready for delivery within twelve weeks or sooner.
How many pictures will we receive?
The amount of photos depends on many things – the number of guests, hours of coverage, types of events, and all the different activities during that event. So unfortunately there really isn’t a straight number I can offer! But rest assured I will make sure to cover every part of the event. If you choose to add a second photographer you are guaranteed to get coverage above and beyond the normal amount.
Do we get to keep the RAW files?
You will receive only the, edited high-resolution digital files. The RAW files are only for us because the ones we select and give to our clients reflect our high standards and honestly the ones we chuck away are unusable. So every viable image is edited and delivered to you. When the files are released to you, We can provide you with a few different resources from which to get quality prints. However, I do retain the copyright to the images and the right to use them for promotional purposes, competitions, and so on. If you need, I’m glad to provide you with a written release that will allow you to make unlimited personal copies for your friends and families.
Can you tell me about the album design?
This is where I get to show off my crafting skills! The album design process involves in digitally laying out the selected photos in each page and reviewing them over with the client. After the layout is approved we can customize the material, pages, and color. After everything is set and done the company I use will take a few weeks to craft the album and deliver it straight to you.
Is the deposit refundable?
Im sorry, any monies paid is non-refundable. This deposit guarantees that we hold that date specifically for you, and any other clients for that date will be turned down.
